All information available on this WWW server is a property of the Keeper.
The Keeper is obliged to handle the provided user’s personal datas in accord with valid legal regulations and to use them only to the necessary extent for fulfilling the purpose for which they have been obtained and always in the way to prevent any harm of the concerned person.
Information is on our server offered also in the form of PDF format documents. The reason is that the information involves either typographic components and formatting that are not supported by web format HTML or it is too big so that we recommend downloading it. The Keeper is responsible for the contents that he places at disposal for using the websites within the portal. The Keeper is not responsible for strange contents, because he only intermediates the access. The Keeper is further not responsible for strange contents placed within the portal if he doesn’t know this contents or if it is not technically possible and bearable to prevent its using.

Advertisement or other forms of promotion provided by any third subject through the portal of the Keeper.

The Keeper has a right to remove any contents of the portal that is in contrast to the rule of law in the Czech Republic, good manners, possibly it is a threat to civil order or it doesn’t correspond to the interests of the Keeper. First of all he has a right to remove deceptional and untrue contents, the contents interfering in rights and legitimate interests of third persons, the contents against the people’s dignity, discriminating in view of religion, creed, race, gender or promoting violence and any other illegal action.
The Keeper is obliged to follow valid legal regulations of the Czech republic while using the portal. He will always act in accord with good manners, rules of honest business relations and he will never damage the good name and rights of the Keeper and other Users.
The User is mainly obliged not to:
Use both the whole and individual parts of the portal in another way than for its own need, i.e. particularly he won’t copy, download and spread the contents of the portal beyond the terms of his need.
Interfere anyhow in the contents or technical base of Portal websites without the Keeper’s agreement.

Spread any news or materials breaking the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, good manners, possibly endangering civil order or not corresponding with the contents to the Keeper’s interests. He is mainly obliged not to spread deceptional or untrue news or materials that interfere in the rights and legitimate interest of third persons that are against the people’s dignity, discriminating in view of religion, creed, race, gender or promoting violence and any other illegal action.
Final statement
The rules of using the portal have been valid and effective since the day of their issuing. The exact time of issuing is considered to be the time of the rule placement into the website bottom of the Keeper available on the portal.
Only the Keeper has the right to change or supplement these rules. The Keeper has the right to change it anytime. The Keeper announces the change of rules by a notice on the websites of the portal. The User expresses his agreement with the new version of rules by further using of the portal.
In case of a variance in the English and Czech version regarding any information on the websites of the portal the Czech version is decisive.
